You may already know who we are: Taking Pictures, Changing Lives. A team of locally based filmmakers and photographers who produce authentic stories that bring about transformational change.

We create content for charities to raise awareness and funds for their life-changing work. 

But do you know what makes us unique? Why are we different from your average creative agency? We fundraise to cover our costs so that we can gift our time to charities who can’t afford to pay professional photographers. And we really believe in the importance of using local photographers to capture images of charities in their own countries.

We need your help in 2023 to raise £20,000 to grow our global team, and continue our work with charities who are transforming lives of people in need across the world.

How will your donation be used?

Your donation will help to:

  • Enable our photographers to work within their own and neighbouring countries. Reducing our contribution to climate change by cutting down on international plane travel and carbon emissions.

  • Create jobs for photographers, writers and filmmakers across the world. Providing work, putting skills and money back into local communities. 

  • Reach new small charities working with people living in poverty across Asia, Africa and South America. Helping hard-working teams to raise awareness and funds for their vital work. 

We’ve been working with photographers around the world for 14 years now, and are well positioned to step into the gap that international travel restrictions have created. Our model of networking with photographers, filmmakers and storytellers really works. We are ready to fulfil the increasing need for professional, high-quality resources that charities have. But we need you to help us raise the money to make it happen. 

This year we will recruit more photographers, filmmakers and writers so that we can help even more charities to fund their projects and keep Changing Lives.

  • £250 - 34 page hardback book containing beautiful images from our work in 2023 (view last year’s book)

  • £500 - 34 page hardback book plus 5 postcards of trip photos

  • £800 - 42 page hardback book plus 10 postcards of trip photos

  • £1,000 - 42 page hardback book plus 10 postcards of trip photos

  • £1,300 - 42 page hardback book plus 15 postcards of trip photos
